Headstone Cleaning
Soft Wash Solutions takes extra care not to damage the gravestone in any way. I only use soft bristle brushes to clean headstones and markers. Only Eco-Friendly Biological Solutions that are specially formulated to remove environmental pollution, dirt, and stains from mold, mildew, lichen, and algae are used.

An initial $30.00 fee is required if we need to travel to the cemetery and search for the location. Prices vary depending on the size and condition of the stone and the requested services. Headstones can frequently require follow-up visits to provide additional applications of cleaning solution to remove stubborn stains and biological materials.

Cleaning Process
We DO NOT use power washers to clean your precious stones! We use a variety of techniques to safely clean your memorials. Examples include:

NO pressure washers or high pressure is used

We only use approved biological alkaline cleaning solutions specifically designed for monument cleaning.

We use DI PURE water - this water has zero tds (minerals) so it cannot leave spots when the surface dries

​We use soft brushes and glass CleanScrubs to remove minerals and hard water deposits.

Annual Service Cleaning
This one time service includes

Baseline inspection and photo documentation of any damage or issues. This can be compared to future inspections for damage

Cleaning stone with a biological cleaner to remove dirt, grime and organic growth

Rinsed with DI PURE Water - excess water blown dry

Monthly Service
Includes 1 initial cleaning per year as shown in the Annual Cleaning Package. Then subsequent monthly inspections include

Trim grass/weeds and remove any leaves/debris

​Bronze Plaque Cleaning

​Gentle cleaning of the bronze surface to remove dirt & debris

Use a specific bronze cleaner to remove organic growth & lichen

Gently sand raised lettering to restore shine

A layer of wax is added to the bronze to seal the surface and protect from UV

Post treatment solution for granite stones - Over time, the proprietary ingredients work with natural elements to leave your Monuments, Gravestones and Mausoleums looking new.

Add border around stone - mulch or stone (if allowable by cemetery)

Glue additive to border stone/mulch to keep it in place

Design artificial flower basket and hang

Purchase a live flower arrangement and place at grave
